Required Documents

_              Copy of each applicant(s) last 2 years w-2 forms or 1099's from all jobs

_              Copy of each applicant(s) last 2 years tax returns with ALL schedules - FEDERAL ONLY and sign page 2

_              Copy of each applicant(s) pay stubs, most recent 30 days – for each employer if multiple

_              Copies of your last 2 months bank statements (checking and savings) – ALL PAGES EVEN IF BLANK

_              Copy of your bankruptcy discharge papers including the list of creditors

_              Copy of the recorded divorce decree and court ordered income or payments (will need evidence of payments, canceled checks, etc.)

_              Copy of your Social Security/VA/disability award letter or other source of fixed income

_              Copy of your most recent 2 statements for investment/retirement accounts (IRA, 401K, Mutual Fund accounts)  – ALL PAGES

_              Photocopies of any stocks or certificates of deposits

_              Copy of your most recent mortgage statement and tax bill, if a refinance

_              Copy of your homeowners (and flood if applicable) dec page or quote; or your insurance agent info

_              Fully executed purchase agreement signed by all parties or your agents contact info

_              Drivers license and social security card

_              If self-employed through a corporation, last two years corporate returns as well as a year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet

_              If you are currently renting….either 12 months canceled rent checks or the name and address of your current landlord
